To achieve this we plan resilience and contingency into every area of the operation through cross utilisation and training of staff, fair and honest working practices and a very efficiently managed GSE solution.
All members of the team working in a customer facing role will have ‘World Host’ customer service training, equipping our staff with the knowledge and confidence to interact with your customers in a positive and effective way.
Our Dispatch Co-ordinators actively drive and take ownership of the whole turn-round process and on the ramp we operate with state of the art Ground Support Equipment.
Through our own internal ‘Active Monitoring’ program we ensure ongoing development and improvements in each and every area of the operation.
Within our first year of providing ground handling services at London Gatwick Airport we are now providing complete handling services to charter, scheduled and full service carriers.
